Miss Utah, Noelia Voigt crowned Miss USA 2023

Happy moments as Miss Utah becomes Miss USA. The occasion was held at Grand Sierra Resort in Reno. Celebrating her Venezuelan-American heritage as the first to be crowned Miss USA, she looks forward to bridging the gap between communities by being able to speak Spanish.
