Recently celebrating her 52nd birthday, Jennie Garth couldn’t help but speak about her co-star Luke Perry who passed away at the age of 52, five years ago, on an upcoming episode of ‘Getting Grilled with Curtis Stone’.

Jennie mentioned on the podcast how much Perry loved ‘meeting all the fans’ and how she decided to emulate his steps moving forward.

Jennie mentioned how Perry taught her about interacting with fans and how he had the ability to make you feel like you were the only person in the world that mattered,’ she added.

“I love that I learned that lesson from him and try to keep that alive. I think of him often,” she continued.

Jennie has also revealed how she wants to “keep working” despite making numerous jokes about retirement.
