Linda Ikeji announced the release of her new movie. Her first movie, “Dark October,” was released sometime last year and received many great reviews.

Just like “Dark October,” “The Night of June 7th” was also inspired by true events. It is unclear what to expect in this movie, but a popular June 7 incident in Nigeria, known as Apo 6, occurred on that day.

The filmmaker and blogger posted on her Instagram page that she is excited and proud of herself for completing the movie project.

“My second feature film, The Night of June 7th (inspired by true events), is coming to you in 2024. If you loved (or didn’t love) Dark October…lol, you will love this! This movie was written and produced by me, and I can’t wait for you guys to see it. It will take you through all kinds of emotions. The Night of June 7th is coming, y’all,” she wrote.
