Following the release of his latest movie, ‘Lisabi’, which has generated buzz online with impressive fan reviews.

Lateef Adedimeji discussed his casting decisions in a recent Nollywood on Radio interview.

Adedimeji revealed that Ibrahim Chatta was deliberately selected for Olori Ilari.

“I had envisioned Ibrahim Chatta for the part from the beginning of the script’s development,” Adedimeji noted. “My research indicated that no one else could bring that character to life like he would.”

Lateef Adedimeji shared that casting Mr. Macaroni as Sokenu, Lisabi’s best friend, was an obvious choice because they have great chemistry on screen.

He pointed out that since they met while filming ‘Ayinla,’ where they played close roles, they have become very close friends, which enhances the connection between their characters in the film.
