D’banj expresses His Admiration for Portable.

Speaking in a recent interview with The Beat FM in Lagos, D’banj said, “I wish I could be like Portable because he is doing things the way I used to. You feel something at night, you call Don Jazzy. You drop it in the morning.

I believe everyone needs a bit of Portable in them. I think that is what he reminds me of; to see everything as an opportunity. They say in order to succeed in life, you have to be lucky. Luck is when opportunity meets talent. That’s what we are.” He added.
