“I never wanted to date a musician” – Simisola

Many people have a specific idea of what they want in a partner. Simi may have had those same thoughts until she met the love of her life.

During an interview with CNN, Simi mentioned that she didn’t realize her husband was an aspiring singer when they met. She never planned on marrying a musician, but here she is as a musician’s wife.

“When I met him, he was working at a company, and people knew him as the king of Photoshop because of his funny edits. I didn’t know he was trying to be a singer. Next thing you know, we’re dating, and I’m getting comfortable,” she added.

When asked how they balance marriage, career, and other aspects of their lives, she said they always strive to find a balance. She appreciates that they are always on the same page.
