In a heartwarming break from tradition, King Charles and Queen Camilla hand-delivered a special 100th birthday card to U.K. resident Rona Grafton. The royal family typically sends a card to residents turning 100, but this year, Rona was treated to a rare personal visit during the royal couple’s away day in Middlesbrough on February 13. King Charles, 76, handed Rona her birthday card in a royal envelope and warmly shook her hand, offering a sincere, “A very, very happy birthday.”
