According to Toyosi Etim-Effiong, founder of The Good Media, Nigeria’s film and TV industry, Nollywood, has outgrown the country’s capacity to fully harness its potential.

She shared this insight during a recent interview with Nollywire at the launch event of Nile Entertainment Group.

“For a long time, I think people have been hurdled together in one direction, but now we see that there is space, there is room, and we’ve been called to occupy that space, right? It’s great to see Nile Media occupying that space,” she said.

She stated that she hopes talented workers will earn more for their abilities, especially with the growing competition in the industry.
