The list of nominations for the AMVCA this year, which is set to take place on May 10, has been announced

The AMVCA is making an interesting change this year, as the selection of certain categories such as Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Supporting Actor, and Best Supporting Actress will now be determined by the jury instead of public votes.

Isaac Ayomide Olayiwola, popularly known as Layiwasabi, Maryam Apaokagi-Greene, popularly known as Taaooma, and a few others have been nominated for the best Digital content.

Several other actors, actresses, producers, directors, etc., have been nominated for AMVCA 2024.

Wale Ojo, Stan Nze, Marc Zinga, Gideon Okeke, David Ezekiel, and Richard Mofe Damijo have all been nominated for the best lead actor in their respective movies. All the actors acted extraordinarily well, hence qualifying for the nomination.

Omowunmi Dada, Ireti Doyle, Adaobi L. Dibor, Evelyne Ily, Kehinde Bankole, Lucie Debay, and Segi Lolaogidan have also been nominated for the best lead actress in their respective movies.

Everyone anticipates the day as voting has begun.
